Die Philosophische Fakultät und Fachbereich Theologie besetzt im Department Digital Humanities and Social Studies zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine W1-Professur für Digitale Literatur und Methoden (Tenure Track) zunächst im Beamtenverhältnis auf Zeit für die Dauer von drei Jahren. Nach positiver Evaluierung ist eine weitere Verlängerung um drei Jahre vorgesehen. Die FAU bietet eine längerfristige Perspektive im Beamtenverhältnis auf Lebenszeit durch anschließende Berufung auf eine W3-Professur, sofern die Anforderungen einer Tenure-Evaluation erfüllt werden.
